Join MIT’s Jeffrey Saviano, senior lecturer in AI governance and strategy, for an interactive, live online workshop examining why AI governance has become the defining leadership issue of the AI era, how to evaluate your own organization's AI risk, and what to do about it. The workshop will run on October 13 from 12:00pm - 1:30pm ET.
In 90 minutes, you'll learn to spot the governance gaps already creating risk inside organizations like yours, illustrated through cautionary tales from real companies that have experienced an AI incident. You'll walk away with a new governance framework to assess your organization’s readiness, advocate for change, and take a meaningful next step.
This is a standalone, live-taught workshop by the instructor who built the framework, with peer breakouts and an open Q&A with Saviano. The workshop recording and materials will be made available to all registered learners.

Jeffrey Saviano is a senior lecturer of AI strategy, governance, and ethics at the MIT Sloan School of Management, and a leader in innovation, disruptive technology strategy, governance, and ethical AI. Now EY-retired after more than three decades with the firm, Saviano pioneered innovation, developing and commercializing 25+ businesses and solutions generating over $400M in annuity revenue. He is a trusted advisor to corporate boards and C-suites, leveraging deep expertise in AI, Web3, and technology-driven transformation. He is also qualified to serve as a financial expert under SEC, NYSE, and NASDAQ rules.
